Wow where to start with this review......this place is one of the most amazing recovery centers you could ever imagine. Someone very dear to my heart had an addiction for Opiates and needed help from professionals. From the moment I called Wellness Retreat Recovery Center, I was helped by Tiffany. Tiffany was so helpful and caring over the phone. Not only do they have a bomb Executive Chef, Molly and Sam, they offer massage therapy, acupuncture services, therapy sessions, exercising, yoga, meditation, group activities, and much more. This person who I know stayed for 30 days and received the most caring and devoted help he could ask for. Amanda at Wellness Retreat is one of the smartest, kindest, and best registered nurse you could think of. Dave made a huge impact on the patient who received care and Dave is such a kindhearted person who wants the best for the patient. All of the staff does!!! Wellness saved the patients life and saved his relationship with many friends and family. They offer such a great program here that I don't think any other recovery center can compare. I want to personally thank everyone at Wellness Retreat who works here because they genuinely care about each and every individual. Especially Amanda, she's a standup believer in helping individuals and she's very trustworthy. Not only while your in care at the recovery center but even after care, they follow up with you & ensure your doing well. Thank you Wellness Recovery Center for all that you do and will continue to do for people!!!

While researching treatment centers in the Bay Area what really interested me about WRRC was the client to staff ratio at the facility. With a maximum of 6 clients at any time I felt that I would be able to receive the most care and attention from the staff here rather than anywhere else. When I arrived at WRRC I quickly found this to be the case. From the moment I walked in the door I was greated with friendly smiles from the nursing staff and counselors. Everyone was so helpful getting me adjusted to the new living situation. Over my 7 week stay this behavior turned out to be the rule and not the exception. Earnest and compassionate are how I would best describe the employees at WRRC. The entire staff is so eager to help no matter the issue. WRRC even made my friends and family feel incredibly welcome during their visits. I cannot imagine having picked a better treament facility for me to attend! As a facility WRRC is top notch. The house is spacious, with large bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen and a deck with amazing views of San Jose. The house has all the amenities you could ask for: yoga room, washer/dryer, A/C, satellite TV, multiple lounge areas and fully stocked kitchen. Other perks are weekly visits from a yoga instuctor, personal trainer, massage therapist and an acupuncterist. Not to mention a membership at a nearby gym. The quality of the food was incredible. During my stay 3 different chefs prepared meals throughout the week. And they are able to cater to any dietary restrictions one may have without issue. The kitchen is also stocked with tons of drinks and snacks in case you get hungry inbetween meals. WRRC also manages to sqeeze in some pretty awesome outings during the week. While at Wellness Recovery I went indoor skydiving, ziplining in the Santa Cruz mountains, Go-Karting and indoor rock climbing. All these activities were extrememly fun and made for a great opportunity to bond with the staff and other clients. Overall I would recommend WRRC to anyone that is looking for help with their addiction. The service is first class, the facility looks and feels like a resort, and the quality of the staff is of the highest caliber. If you are looking for a treatment facility in Northern California I don't think you can find one that surpasses Wellness Recovery Retreat Center. Wellness Retreat Recovery Center helped me want to live, which for someone battling addiction and mental health issues, is a hard thing to do. This place becomes your home away from home while the staff become your new family. They teach you all the necessary skills to get sober, stay sober, and fight for it. For me, I really benefited from their duel diagnosis approach because they taught me skills to help manage my addiction and mental health issues. When I first got to WRRC I was a literal mess. By the time I left WRRC however, I was a normal teenager again. I had new skills, a great support system, and everything I needed to be successful. You know you're in a great place when you get sad when you transition out. I never thought I would say I have happy memories at rehab but I do. I think the best part of this program is the people who run it. They have such a deep level of care for their clients you can't help but feel beyond loved, which is crucial in recovery. I can't thank WRRC enough for all they did. When I entered their program I had no want to live but by the end of it I felt okay again, even happy on a good amount of days. I would recommend this place to anyone who is struggling because it is a lifesaver. It helped save my life. Thank you WRRC for everything you did! I will be forever grateful.

I love this place. The people here are so caring and go so far above and beyond what a person could reasonably expect from a treatment center. I've really enjoyed working with everyone here and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction

Wellness is an amazing center with the amenities that all rehabilitations should possess. The staff is phenomenal. The nurse Amanda and counselor Lexi are far beyond the norm, with unparalleled work ethic. The owners are both compassionate and great to be around. What sets Wellness apart from many centers is the complete lack of jadedness you see in other "similar" centers. No one has become too tired to help you; patience is limitless and you are given every chance to recover. They offer services including acupuncture and massage therapy, as well as yoga, focusing on the meditative self-healing practices. Meetings, while encouraged, are optional. There is DBT and CBT for every client to avail him or herself of. This place WILL change your life.

As a Healthcare provider, I recently took a tour of WRR as it is a potential place to give health talks. Amanda and her staff are professional and knowledgeable. They seem to genuinely care about getting people better by not only helping beat their addiction but also incorporating an overall healthier lifestyle. Facility appeared well kept and modern. I left impressed and feeling the people here are in good hands.

I know nurse Amanda personally as she is a past colleague of mine. She's always been passionate in her area of expertise which is addiction. She invited me over a year ago to check out her rehab. Can't be any prouder than I am today knowing how far she's come since then. It's almost as if I'm in paradise at a five star hotel w/ all the amenities -yoga, massage, acupuncture, chef, gorgeous decor, and amazing view overlooking the entire Bay Area . No other place I know like it .Most importantly, the staff are professional, attentive, compassionate, and are able to utilize every tool possible to be able to meet the highest standard of care to their patients. I would refer anyone to WRRC that I know struggling w/ addiction in a heart beat.
